OUR PROCESS

Scheduling Site Visits

Site Visit One

• Walk though home, listen, learn and take photos
• Go over project details/scope of work
• Take measurements
• Review scope of work with homeowner

During the next two weeks we will:

• Draw rough plans - if needed
• Prepare scope of work for your project
• Review past similar projects
• Request updated pricing
• Prepare proposal
• Schedule appointment

Site Visit Two

• Presentation of proposal and estimate
• If acceptable, sign preliminary agreement
• If changes are needed - go over options and review scope of work
• Schedule date for review of changes.

After signing preliminary agreement we will:

• Finalize plans if needed
• Finalize scope of work
• Send out to suppliers
• Schedule walk through of your home with our team
• Prepare final design, scope of work and contract for client

Before job begins you will have:

• Design if needed
• Scope of work including specs
• Copy of contract
• Payment schedule
• Allowance sheet
• Suppliers list
• Job schedule

Prepare for start of project

• Pull permits
• Order dumpster
• Order material and special orders

Start Project

• After rough in - review progress with client
• Daily clean up
• And review as needed and after each phase of your project

Completion

• Walk through project and produce punch list for final approval
