Small Kitchen Ideas – Kitchen Remodeling

Here are a few ways and ideas to improve your kitchen space:
1.Remove walls or open up the doorways – This gives you an open feeling and allows the space to blend into another room such as a dining room.
2.Add glass doors to the upper cabinets – By removing your solid wood cabinet doors and replacing them with glass doors everything will feel much lighter and open.
3.Paint the walls the same a light color – Painting your walls with a lighter color makes all rooms feel bigger, also consider painting your cabinets if they are a dark wood.
4.Redesign the layout or configuration of your space – this probably includes a total kitchen overhaul but sometimes that is what is needed to have a kitchen you love.
5.Improve the lighting – by adding more lights and/ or under cabinet lights will make your small kitchen feel less cramped.
6.Hanging storage – Hanging your pots and pans can open up valuable cabinet space while adding a great look to your kitchen.
7.De-clutter and get specific cabinet organizers – the options are endless for this – trash pullouts, spice racks, mixer storage, cabinet drawer pull outs, the list goes on and on.
